Losers tournament with no home games? Not any compelling reason for participation this year. LJS didn't even list scores so who won? I'm even having difficulty watching NIT games this year so you must really have been bored, colhusker.

I know watching this team play some more would have been fun, but with no opportunity to have a home game (would have had to play the best of three championship all on the road) it just wouldn't have been worth it.

It may have been a rinky-dink tournament, and I hope that we never again will have to be tempted to play in it, but for this year, it would have been nice to have the extra practices, it would have been nice for Ubel who was here for 4-years and did not get the opportunity to play post-season and it would have been nice for Talley and Andre IF we could have "won" and gone out with a final victory.  But I agree Handy, it is a tournament we hopefully never, ever have to consider again.

Should have played in it if actually offered.  Could have won the thing.  Would have been good for the players and coaches to know what it takes to extend a season in tournament play.

I do not think the CBI would of helped us much this year.  We only play 7 guys, 3 of which will not be here next year.  Would rather have the coaches out recruiting which is what they are doing right now.  Get in on the top tallent now while others are playing.

Yep, I kind of forgot that debacle at Wichita State.  I probably should just "take a vacation" for a few days and get away from everything including the dungeon.
