Jaz does a pretty good job. She is a little short of the 2 to 1 ratio you would like.

Like, it’s basically unfair - a player who is that deadly of a shooter ALSO has such amazing court vision and is an assist machine??

She certainly has demonstrated the vision and ability to make some pretty darn good passes, but, as you've noted with the AS:TO ratio, she also forces some SMDH passes quite frequently.

 

Kind of been a recurring problem overall with the women's team, although seems to have improved a good bit over the last couple of years.
