Should be fine from rain.  Conditional chance but best chance is tomorrow.

 

hopefully the bats continue to rain and don’t dry up though!

Efry will get the nod at 3rd in place of DC.  Chance for him to solidify himself as a starter tonight.

If you can't get an out against the dregs of the opposing lineup swimming well below the Mendoza line, you're going to struggle.

 

If you can't eke out a single win against the likes of Crayton or UNO, you aren't a very good team.

My goodness we play like $!/& during the mid-week.

 

After getting one back and leaving two on… we give up one.  Is down 4-1.

Gift wrap a run to Creighton.   We need to stop thinking Brice is a SS.   He can't make a simple throw to 1st.  It is an adventure everytime the ball is hit to him.

The umps agreed with them.  They were running off the field faster than anyone.  They had enough for tonight.

The game hasn't been called.

It isn't like CU has a plane to catch OR far to go.  It's only 9:25.....  Their fans probably waited at the stadium longer in a rain delay for a football game a few years back than the team is wanting to for this one.

I had 2 different instances of rain outs in Little League.  The 1st 1 I was 11 or 12.  We literally played while it was hailing.  They finally called the game when lightning hit the flagpole on top of the hill about 500 feet away.

 

The 2nd 1 was similar to tonight's game.  I was 13, playing in the city championship.   We were losing in the 3rd or 4th inning.  Lightning started flashing way off in the distance.  They called the game.  When we made it up a month later, we started over and routed the other team.

It hasn't officially been called, but my guess is the umps are already home in their PJ's.

Looking at radar-- I don't think they'll bring em back out tonight... unless they play at 11 PM
