Did Robbie Hummel go to Iowa?   What a homer announcer.

(I know it was Purdue right? -but still seems like he is an Iowa booster)

Hummel is clearly afraid of saying anything negative against the Mccaffery Clan and is in fear of retaliation from them.

The entire reason why Patrick McCaffrey was acting like a child in this game was because Hummel said something about him that he didn't like.

And what he said was a fact, and not at all negative.  Mr. Whiny pants was just being a McCaffrey.

All Hummel did was mention he was 3-16 from 3 his last couple games. But Fran and his children are triggered with the slightest comment.

We hardly ever have played Iowa twice in a season in NU's history, so while it's accurate to say it's a "first" time to sweep, Nebraska has won the lone game against Iowa in a single season more than once before, I believe.

In the twelve seasons since joining the Big Ten, we’ve played Iowa home/away in eight of those seasons now. In the four seasons we just played a single game against Iowa, we won one of those games.

Was thinking about it last night but it seems like we've had our most success against Iowa in Feb/March.  Wonder how that month breakdown would look.
