Also I saw Mississippi state beat Tennessee last night. Wonder if that will help much with the bubble spot and net ranking

Mississippi St. is a quad 1 win. MSU has a NET of 37. Where the Huskers come in at 39, down 1 spot. Also Northwestern is a quad 2 win.

Can anyone tell me if Thursday night’s game vs. Illinois will be televised and if so, what channel? Thanks

5 of the next 6 games are on BTN+.  The Iowa game is on regular BTN.  Join now, and cancel after a month.  Not a bad deal for approximately $10.

We need a complete game to beat Illinois on Thursday.  We cannot get lost on screens because they hit threes and we need to slow down their dribble drives. We should have an advantage in the post and Bourne and Markowski need to be solid.

Watched some of South Carolina, LSU, Louisville, etc in the last few days. Holy smokes...speed....quickness...leapers.  Another level. Not sure any B1G team could beat any of them.   Miracles happen, but the B1G will need help

Ohio St. beat Louisville at Louisville earlier this season by 19 pts.

I know, but, what have you done lately as they say. Ohio State hasn't been a world beater as of late. LSU and South Carolina are at another Level.  Both teams are quick, athletic,  and can run. Not many mistakes, or turnovers

Ohio St, Iowa, Indiana, maybe Maryland, maybe Illinois will be competitive. Iowa may be a better team than last year...better supporting cast.  Don't see Creighton going as far as last year either. Stanford and UConn may be up there in the Sweet 16 or Elite 8 depending on injuries like UConn. The NCAA and NIT tourneys will be fun to watch.Who might be the surprise teams?

Nebraska, no matter which tourney  they get in....it's just which Ne team will show up ?

Very few Women’s teams are capable of winning the NCAA Tournament.  This year it’s either South Carolina, Stanford or UConn.  As good as Clarke is, Iowa doesn’t have enough to win.  Same for Indiana.

So you’re guaranteeing an Iowa loss at some point in the tourney then? Awesome! Can’t wait to watch it and savor it 👍😉

Iowa's problem has been and still is they really don't like to play defense.  They play to outscore the opponent and have the talent to do that most of the time.  But in a high-pressure, tournament setting against roughly equal competition, if the shots aren't falling at the normal rate or the calls aren't all going their way, they don't have that defensive, circle-the-wagons mentality to grind out a win.
