I really liked Baylor... cheered for him hard at SDSU.  Really wanted him in red.  

 

He looks gross in Creighton blue.

I have a feeling the refs look at this Creighton team as a team that doesn't foul.  They get away with more grabbing and hacking than most teams.

There's missing shots and then there's missing layups on a 1:1 unchallenged breakaway.

Starting to get frustrated with the officiating. And getting frustrated with Hoiberg's refusal to work the refs. You have to debate calls in a game like this or they will all go Creighton's way, because McDermott will never stop whining.

6 - 2 in fouls, and I don't see any difference on either end in the grabbing or reaching.

Creighton fouls as much as any team in the country.  They aren't calling them.

If this team can keep playing defense like this, we will be in most games.  Odd for me to say with a Fred Hoiberg team, we have to find ways to put the ball in the hoop.

Usually would agree with this.  HOWEVER, it's kind of working today.  Closing out takes an extra second and would usually allow a three off the pass.  However, because we're flying around, Creighton has to take an extra dribble and either take a three off the dribble or drive in.  They have so far refused to drive in and therefore have struggled.

 

Now it's not sustainable I don't think, but it worked this first half.

They're oblivious to Travels by the team in BLUE
