Kenkiwi Posted December 5, 2021 Report Share Posted December 5, 2021 4 Overtimes Nebraska vs NCSU I am a 1974 grad of NCSU and personally attended games leading to NCSU's National Championship in 1974 and two undefeated seasons. I am sending this note to congratulate Nebraska for one of the toughest and most hard-fought basketball games I have ever witnessed. It was truly an inspiration during these most difficult times to see the young men on both teams give every ounce of effort doing their best to win this game for themselves, their fans and their school. My father always told me, "do your best at everything, it is all you can do". The players & coaches of Nebraska and NCSU certainly did give it their all.... CONGRATULATIONS to you all on your 4 Overtime game & doing your very best, it is most certainly a game for the recordbooks!
