We have a shot at Traudt and good shot at Green but can not bank on getting either so we need options. Plus it is smart to develop relationships for the portal kids down the road

 This guy is blowing up. Kansas has offered him. You don’t put all your eggs in one basket and with Abdelmassih being a strong recruiter in that region you want him to go after all the guys there to keep a presence.

Plus the recruiting guys have mentioned repeatedly that NU isn't holding a spot for Green. They're holding one for Traudt, but not Green. Got to keep recruiting for that spot, just in case.

If anything we're putting ourselves in a good position to be his second school.

“The Overtime Elite league would pay approximately 30 players ages 16-19 salaries starting at $100,000, provide medical and disability insurance, plus give them an education and a $100,000 scholarship should a player decide not to go professional in basketball.

 

Does he retain college eligibility?
