Good choice on his part. Best for both parties. Wasn’t a capable big at this level but definitely has the tools and want-to to make it work at a smaller school. Best of luck Drago! Certainly enjoyed having him around. Seems like a great kid.

Best of luck to him, he seems like a good guy and a hard worker.  Hopefully he'll go some place that will help develop some his skills on offense.  He could have really used a prep school year and/or a redshirt year.

While this isn’t really “surprising,” it’s still stinks to see.  Big guy gave it everything he had in those games and was just overmatched at times and subsequently buried on the depth chart.

Yvan gave his all every time on the floor, something that many fans appreciate.  I hope he finds a good landing spot, probably at a lower level school where he can be a force.  We are losing, from most accounts, a quality young man.  Best wishes and adieu!

He's exactly 1 week from his 19th birthday so that is a great question.

I think we all saw this coming, but I was still hopeful he was going to stick it out and lift his jersey on senior night, then go out and legally buy a drink in the Haymarket afterwards! Best of luck Yvan!
