Losing this game to the three-point line right now.

I love our “they’ve got a good big” plan that seems to permeate throughout coaches at Nebraska. Not only do we end up not stopping said big, we give up a shit load of 3’s. It’s truly a thing of beauty. Take away nothing, give up everything.

How is it possible to follow up what was arguably the best overall performance of Hoiberg’s tenure with a complete failure in every aspect of the game the next time out? I’ll never understand it.

Teams that aren’t very good are generally not consistently good.

As the old adage goes, the sun shines on a dog’s ass...something something.

It’s pretty simple to comprehend.

Would not be surprised if Banton is not on the team next year. Several times on that last stretch when he hoisted those three’s, Hoiberg’s reaction was less than favorable. We have gotten better length wise, getting better athleticism, getting some more height. But my God! Let’s get some guys who have some basketball IQ. Give me a bunch of these Iowa players who can pass and shoot....

It’s a sorry state of affairs if a kid decides to transfer just because they get their butt chewed a little.  Learn from it and realize it’s not personal.

I won’t argue - but to be so good one night and so miserably bad the very next time out? That level of extreme is not understandable to me.
