MINNESOTA GAME DAY THREAD

All Great points Everyone!      I think its just that the team was getting worn down in the second half.  As others have mentioned, shots aren't falling, and defense, stellar in the 1st quarter, gets more porous, allowing more open looks for the treys as we are scrambling to cover, and they were able to take advantage.

At this point any relief would be welcome, returning starters, coming off injury, even early enrollees if they can provide just a few minutes.  The good news is I believe that's just about to happen, just in time for the last half of the season.  :Cheer2:

Couldn't we give them at least a little credit for coming back to take the game down to the wire and almost winning?

Absolutely.    With the roster being what it is right now, being competitive in a Big 10 game is an accomplishment.   We have won the lion's share of those close games, and the coaches and players deserve credit for getting the most out of what they got right now.
