Our last 7 games include 4 home games and road games vs Penn St and Northwestern

I hope Michigan enjoys Christmas at the Embassy Suites.

I've got us going 6-14 on that schedule.  Will be anxious to see how that lines up against KenPom.  (My guess is Ken's prediction will be a fair bit more pessimistic)

 

Overall I'd say we're looking at another year of single-digit wins.

There is really no room to reschedule games.  Unlike football there might be flexibility for teams to add in non-con games if they have open days.

It’ll be tough.  Seems it’s like the football schedule where it’s very front loaded.   If we can manage the first 8 games and not be completely demoralized, our last 12 seem to be more friendly.  
 

I do like our home and away games.   I don’t think Penn St, Purdue, Minnesota or Maryland will be anything more than average and we get 8 games there.

I know it’s wishful thinking, but it’d be nice to pair with another conference where, if 2 teams from those conferences had postponements in the same week, they could be matched up against each other.  
 

Big East would probably make most sense geographically.  For instance Creighton has to quarantine and DePaul loses a game.  We lose a game because Rutgers has to quarantine.  We would play DePaul that week.

It’s hard to predict anything without seeing the team first. On top of that with the fan access during the season I can’t imagine there will be any true home court advantages so it comes down to who wants it more in those games.

For example, we have to postpone the Michigan game on Christmas Day.  They shift the Minnesota game on Jan 20th to the 21st, and reschedule the Michigan game for the 18th or 19th.  Tight fit, as we would play Maryland on the 16th.  That is only a guess on my part, though!

 

I figured it out.

We have two windows which is pretty normal for a B1G conference schedule.  What they are saying that instead of sort of spreading these out every week they have concentrated them to certain time frames.  There will be multiple teams with open dates during the same time we have open dates.
