In truth I really do not know if she fits Creighton's mold.  Creighton's  identity is defined by their defense.  A tough and I do mean tough man defense with tons of switching so it kind of resembles a match up zone.  Sometimes it is very hard to get an offense minded player to fill that mode and maintain the offensive production when they have to defend that hard.  Offensive production falls off and the player gets too frustrated

Yep, look at Coach Ruhle aggressively recruiting the legacy Raiola kid, who lives in Arizona!  When has Amy ever recruited a true difference-maker who has not transferred out?  No, neither Markowski nor Weidner fit that description yet, and does anyone really have confidence that this staff will develop them to that level?

So isn't Britt now free to name her college choice? Was thinking you needed to be in your Junior year of HS.

You can verbally commit to a program anytime.  She could sign during the early signing period this coming November.  She is a junior right now.

Watched her at the State tournament today.  NICE.  she spent the vast majority of the first half, working the ball in the half court, attempting to involve her teammates.  In the second half, she turned up the heat and took her game full court.  Wonderful to watch.

Elkhorn North leads Omaha Skutt 32-27 at halftime in the Class B State Championship Game.  Britt has 15 (4/5 from 3) at the half.  Peyton McCabe (jr Drake commit) leads Skutt with 12

One could argue these are the best two teams in the state this year regardless of class.

Obviously a lot to like about Britt’s game but I’ve been impressed with her court vision. A couple times she’s had the ball on the outside and saw a wide open teammate all alone in the post under the hoop and Britt fired the ball to her for the assist. Seems to be an unselfish player who wants to see her teammates succeed 👍

I watched her in the semifinals where she wasn’t tested.  Extremely poised but she is very quick and in the open court has plenty of speed. She makes good decisions and makes her teammates better.  NU must pull out all the stops to sign her.

And if it doesn't happen, then what? Burn the whole state down?

Did read OU and ISU had coaches talk with her after Friday’s game.

I was at the game and saw those inter lopers.

i hope you are right, Papa.  But after watching Iowa vs. Maryland a bit ago ..... why would she spurn offers to participate in action like that in favor of suffering thru average to above average play as a Husker?   What are the advantages of coming here?

Who in the hell would want to live in Maryland or Iowa for what it's worth.
