She is the third player to leave the Terps this year.  She is a sharpshooter.  Would be nice to see her on the Huskers but it’s very doubtful.

Well she will be a senior in the fall. I wonder how much of this is due to the expected change in transfer rules and covid-19? Will she want to play closer to home?

i might be way off, but, it does seem that coach frese has problems hanging on to a number of recruits. it's something that may be hidden a bit because she is such a good recruiter she just keeps bringing in top talent.

That''s the simple answer.

 

Freese gets better and more good players every year. Some may feel they (even "good" players) have trouble getting playing time, so they move on. UConn has that happen to, but you don't hear about it much.

headed to Oregon. kinda figured she would end up with a top program. would be nice to have some talent like that end up in the lap of the huskers.

Indeed it would.  Likely we will have to climb up the ladder some before a player that caliber would consider it.  On the other hand, if they wanted to be a trailblazer...…...
