This one is probably a toss up. Will be hard fought.

The difference may be three shooting. Iowa is like Creighton some what....likes the 3. Our three defense may be a huge factor. And we're last in the B1G at the 3 shot (about 26%)

Iowa will be much different than last year. No big center to deal with, and their not a big team, but organized and very competitive.

They don't sub a ton. Their scorers play lots on minutes. Can we wear them out...We'll see.

Hope our less than stellar non conference schedule has us prepared for the Hawks. Glad I drove down yesterday.  Wet, rainy but mild day.  Freezing temps would bring a nightmare.
Roads are fine coming in from Hastings and her beak is suited up and in the shoot around

Bummer missing Taylor Kissinger!  But It will be good having Ashtyn Veerbeek back, And I'm looking forward to seeing more of Trinity Brady.  We've got our Scorers; and Defenders, Too!  :Cheer2::Cheer2::Cheer2:

"Saturday's game between the Huskers and Hawkeyes features a pair of Big Ten teams receiving votes in the Associated Press Poll (Dec. 23). Both teams have had strong non-conference seasons to prepare for league play. The all-time series between Nebraska and Iowa is knotted at 14 wins apiece."

Do we have a history with this crew?

Amy Bonner the taller of the two dark-headed refs and the Blondie are not good refs the only one that's a good one is the shorter one
