Yikes... I didn’t realize even Bo’s classes were rated that low.

Callahan chased stars and class rankings, Bo was much more of a culture/fit kind of guy.

Not a huge surprise that Bo's best teams were the ones that still had Callahan recruits around.  But Bo did have a pretty stellar record when it came to graduating guys and there was the whole 9 wins every year thing, so...

Mind you, I'm not saying one way is better than the other necessarily.  Wisconsin, Iowa and Kansas State among others manage to do real well by developing less heralded guys.

Oh, most certainly.  I was just saying, for a guy who won 9 games every year, not having a bunch of top 25 classes was in

impressive!

Weird move for the southern MSU to cut bait after 2 years of Joe Moorhead. But, it will certainly be interesting having Mike Leach in the $EC.

Mike Leach AND Lane Kiffin

Same conference

Same division

Same state

😂😂😂

I will definitely be tuning in to the Egg Bowl.

Looking for opinions...

So if non-conf games get cut and this years football season consists of only conference games the G5 and FCS schools will lose out on ALOT of money.

So here's an idea to help them out: In the Spring of 2021 schools are allowed to play one or two exhibition games. This would temporarily (or permanently) replace traditional spring games. So instead of a Red v. White scrimmage, we play two exhibition games against Central Michigan and South Dakota State. Now obviously those two schools would have to receive some type of payment. Im sure it would have to be modified since its not a regular season game and surely wouldnt be covered nationally as much as one.

Thoughts?

I've long thought Nebraska Football should be able to do what NU Volleyball and Husker Baseball have done as far as exhibitions in the off-season.
