OK, Gate 25. Gotcha.

Huggins was 30-35 (15-21) his first 2 seasons at WV Peral was 26-40 (9-27) his first 2 seasons at Auburn  Bennett was 31-31 (12-20) his first 2 seasons at Virginia  Drew was 17-40 (4-28

Get a grip man. They have only been here a little over a year and wanted to start from scratch. Miracles don’t happen overnight. If we are still striking out in a couple years we can talk.

Robin Washut seems to think that Carter Whitt will stay in the 2021 class and not reclassify to 2020, with Nebraska continuing to recruit him.

That's fine, too, depending on the status of Cam Mack et al for NU at the point guard position in 2020-21. I hope Nebraska is able to gain a certain Whitt in 2021. This past season took me to my wit's end. But I'll ready to dive right back in the deep end next year. And the following season regain my full Whitt. 😉

I know of something that can help keep your wits about you.

He would take the final 2021 ship correct? We have a bunch of 2021 football guys enrolling in Dec so assume the same thing, especially if he is not playing this year.

assuming we have a couple leave after this year would open up more for 2021

Except that if he comes in at semester, he would either have to walk on, or a scholarship player would have to leave before the semester starts like we had last year with Samari Curtis.

Its not like football because they are playing at in both semesters whereas football they can roll them back due to players that graduate in December.

Looks like we've offered a basketball scholarship to dual-sport athlete Terrion Arnold.  (#2 ranked Safety from Tallahassee, FL with offers from pretty much every football team in the country, including Nebraska hence the "S" in the thread title). ***UPDATE*** according to @hhcmatt it looks like he's a PG, so I have changed the thread title to reflect that.

No basketball recruiting profiles that I can find so here are his football profiles:

Out of North Carolina. He went to HS at Quality Education Academy.  I feel like someone we recruited went there but the only name I can find that I recognize is Andrew White's brother.

He had some low D-1 offers though I believe the had academic issue and went the Juco route. Unless he would redshirt next year we're looking at 2 years starting in 2021 like Keisei Tominaga.  Also like Tominaga, Ellis can shoot. Currently shooting 49% from the field and 43% from 3.
