Nebraskans are Producing Basketball Babies Again

It's been awhile since we've seen another major pool of Nebraska-born/raised talent in basketball. If memory serves me right, we had a big talent bubble around the early 90s, but we started to lose that talent pool from an outflux of parents and athletes leaving the state due to disagreements with Nee's recruiting outside the state of Nebraska (where 20+ Nebraska kids were on D1 rosters elsewhere).

This talent pool won't stick around forever, but this time around the coaching staff needs to show an interest in trying to sustain it for as long as they can. Either that, or people need to start making more babies who are born with the Herbie Husker basketball logo tattooed on their arms.
