The sides, top and bottom of a rectangular backboard are IN BOUNDS. The back of the backboard is out of bounds. If the ball travels over the backboard, it is out of bounds.

Lots of contact on one end and no calls and then the guy looking through traffic can see contact at the other end.

Actually, if you look from the camera above the backboard the ball is behind the backboard,  meaning it was out of bounds, but mophead (pfifer)  is a terrible ref.  

 

Garza needs to show a passport with all the traveling he does.
