Nebraska Postgame Notes
*-Tanner Borchardt grabbed a career-high 18 rebounds, betting his previous high of 10 against Stetson on Dec. 29, 2017. It is the third straight game he has grabbed at least six rebounds. The 18 rebounds is the most by a Husker since Ed Morrow Jr. grabbed 18 against Gardner-Webb on Dec. 18, 2016. The last Husker to have more was Aleks Maric, who had 19 against Missouri 2007.
*-Borchardt’s 12-point, 18-rebound double-double is the first of his career. He is the fourth Husker to record a double-double this season. His 12 points was a career high (previous best was eight on two occasions). 
*-Borchardt is the fifth Husker this season - second in as many games – to grab at least 10 rebounds.
*-James Palmer Jr. has been in double figures 22 times in 23 games, as he finished with 22 points. It was the 11^th 20-point game of the year and 19^th of his career. He now has 992 career points at Nebraska, 
*-Nebraska finished with 18 second-chance points, its highest since getting 19 against Creighton on Dec. 8
*-Nebraska out-rebounded Illinois, 50-36, the first time the Huskers out-rebounded opponents in consecutive games since the first three games of the season.
*-Nebraska went 11-21 from the foul line, shooting a season-low 52.4 percent from the floor. 
*-Nebraska’s 10-0 run in the first half is the Huskers’ 19^th double-figure run this season.
