James Palmer Jr., Nebraska (17.2 ppg, 4.4 rpg): Palmer came back to lead the Huskers to the NCAA tournament. He has the goods and the help. Palmer could also be in contention for Big Ten player of the year. I was hoping for a solid contributor, certainly not All-Conference or POY candidate. And, as Katz points out he has LOTS of help to really make himself and this team shine.
