Kevin Scott is looking to grad transfer from Texas Southern. Was a stud for Omaha Central (can jump out of the gym). If we run out of options and have a scholarship available for one year - KJ would be a very interesting option to look at. 6'3", 210, athletic, aggressive, strong. Scored 19 against UNC in the NCAA Tournament two years ago. Was Texas Southern's best player last year but tore a meniscus and missed the rest of the year.

Possible replacement for Anton Gill’s minutes. We are probably waiting for word from copeland and palmer before we commit to a grad transfer. Right?

Dare I say I think he's a better slasher than Gill...? Don't think he'll light it up from 3 like Gill did at times, however.

His numbers say he's capable of being a competent outside shooter.

Unless we lose someone we almost need to looks a post player though, right?

I don't think I'd want another guard if we're gonna bring in a senior transfer or maybe even a JUCO. If we go that route, it needs to be a big guy. If you're gonna be a freshman, then, sure, BPA is fine. Heck, throw an offer to Shereef Mitchell and see what happens.
