Refs screwed us... Copeland and Glynn and Gill struggled.  Only lost by 12.  We can win every single game from here on out.  This was 1 game.  Let’s get it done against Wisco.

a lot went wrong and we still largely competed. that's a pretty good sign and the best we were likely to take away from this one. Purdue's a good team, and they're built to go pretty deep in the Dance. 

 

now we just need to beat the teams we can beat and I think Fate might be kind to NU this season.

Effort was there.  Defense was there.  Certain players played well, others did not.  Offense struggled, at least in part due to their defense, in part because we missed some bunnies and open looks.  But we need to take that intensity (with better offensive execution) into each remaining game.

Purdue has about the top 10 of players in the Big 10 I dislike.  Haas is one of them.

I will give some props to Painter, he leveraged ten fouls (and a lot of non-calls) to get 39 good minutes out of Haarms and Haas,
