Illinois just got Incarnet Worded...

Yeah, the Illini lost 73-71 to FAU, but U of I is also 4-9 on this young season while the Owls are 9-4. That's a pretty bad record for a Big Ten team in the non-conference. Perhaps FAU would have expected to *win* that one today while Illinois might not have given their penchant for losing this year...

Big win for Clemson over Lipscomb. Lipscomb is 33 in NET. As long as they don't fall off the face of the earth this should remain a quad 1 win.

Considering the ASUN currently has the following NET rankings, it's entirely possible they'll fall off the face of the earth:

33. Lipscomb

47. Liberty

161. NJIT

216. North Florida

229. FGCU

309. Jacksonville

331. Kennesaw State

339. North Alabama

343. Stetson

I think he meant the Clemson win on the road for Nebrasketball will remain a Q1 victory.

This episode applies well to this thread. Jake and Caleb close out 2018 by discussing how the non conference went and look forward to 2019 where difficult conference opponents lie in wait. This was also a historic episode marking the first time you can watch a Nebrasketball podcast! Check us out on Instagram for our live feed!
