Curtis Moore played in Poland and came home after a month because 1. the food was nasty, 2.you had to spend your salary in Poland, and 3. he couldn't understand the people on television. Hopefully things have improved since the 80's and Alonzo will have a better experience.

Plus a tad close the war for my taste.

I just suffered through the replay of this as I do every preseason game for scouting purposes.  Heard the name but it didn't register to me that it was him.  Still cannot believe he didn't shoot the ball better while here.  Had a nice looking stroke but it never went in.

You do realize he was playing for us, right?

For anyone interested and that has an ESPN+ subscription, Dalano Banton is playing right now for team Canada in the FIBA Americup against Columbia.

Canada has gotten rocked in the second quarter, but it's been an okay game so far and Banton's been getting lots of playing time.

Delano’s having a nice pre-season

Agree.  He really stepped up this summer and into camp.  I read that he went from a possible cut to a player firmly in the planned rotation.   That is solid improvement.

Although his outside shot still needs improvement,  the rest of his game is solid+.

That’s awesome— Roby should get good minutes at SA too.  Bryce is probably a year or two away at this point.
