Michigan State had a game plan tonight we weren't ready for.  We didn't make enough shots to get them out of this game plan.  They did not give us driving lanes, and dared us to shoot from the outside.  We clanked a lot of shots.  Then, on offense, they pounded it inside.  They killed us in the paint.

This is only one of a small handful of games this year where we were completely outdone. This feels a lot like the game against that Omaha team. Even Kansas didn't feel THIS lopsided.

Well the good news is that we didn't quit.  Hate saying that, but I have seen a lot of teams that get down, and then quit.  This simply wasn't our night.

Actually, the game played out basically the same way Kansas played out.  Kansas got a big halftime lead.  We made a little run to cut it to about 14, and then Kansas never let us get back into it.  The Creighton game, we were within range at halftime, and then Creighton took over in the 2nd half.

Yeah, I suppose I was just going more off of the feeling or flow of the game. There seemed like there was a little hope in the Kansas game, but we just couldn't find our strides in this one.
