Head Coach: Steve Alford
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Conference: Pac-12
Nickname: Bruins
Mascots: Joe and Josephine Bruin (no relation)
Last time out: Beat Portland
Typical Rotation Depth: 7-8
Line: UCLA by 9.5
4 Factors:  Currently #1 in shooting, not much contact either way
Tempo: One of the fastest paced teams in the nation

Offensive Style: Assist driven, not reliant on 3s

Players to watch: Lonzo Ball

There are a lot of highly touted and great players on this team but Ball is the easily the most hyped.  The true freshman is the oldest of 3 brothers (all of whom are committed to UCLA) who were part of a California HS team that didn't play anyone within 20.  Ball is wired to run with the ability and desire to throw cross court passes and shot with Stephen Curry-esque range.  In his young career the 6'5" phenom has 3 double-doubles

The Skinny: This is a game all about pace as though we saw how effective this Husker offense might be yesterday this is a UCLA team capable of hanging 100+ on anyone who wants to run with them. It's not just as simple as cutting off transition points as the Bruin offense will at points make the Huskers look silly by zipping the ball around for easy buckets.  The Huskers should look to run as much shot clock on offense as needed to find an open look which will help mitigate those Bruin runs.

UCLA seems like they're going to be a formidable team this year but you have to wonder how seriously they will take the Huskers and how much their easy schedule has prepared them for tonight.

Prediction: UCLA 89 - Nebraska 77

Just to clarify here in case people didn't already know, dimes is talking about Chino Hills High School.  They went 35-0 and won the California State Championship over football powerhouse De La Salle HS. 70-50.
