HUD Posted November 18, 2016 Report Posted November 18, 2016 I've always felt that it isn't always the amount of time you play but how you play when getting even a small amount of playing time. Last night we had two examples of players only getting a few minutes each but they were high quality contributions. Grace M. and Emily W. both had offensive rebounds during crunch time ending up with Grace's put back basket and Woody's 2 free throws. Those 4 points were crucial in the game outcome. It also speaks a lot for coach to use them at that time. Those things are what helps team chemistry. Actualfacts1, whoopdeedoo and redsteve 3 Quote

No player gets better (game skills or at being a team player) by not playing and collecting splinters. You can see improvement in Darrien W. now that she gets valuable minutes. Gets better every time out, and she does have some skills that are important to the team. Actualfacts1 1 Quote
