AuroranHusker
6'-2" SG Ryan Murphy scored 25 ppg in the league for Calabasas, and they won their 4th league title in 7 years. busticket
He does have an Iowa State offer so he must be pretty good. Â It would be nice to add another perimeter scorer but I doubt we make room for anyone under 6'9".
busticket
Actually, if it would help deliver Darnay Holmes to the football team, maybe coach Miles should fall on the sword and take him. AuroranHusker
Norm Peterson
Looks like a decent shooter but I'm not sure of his athleticism. Looks a bit slow laterally and there's no film of him on defense, of course. Didn't see much in the way of dunks so can't really judge his explosiveness, either. But, hey, ISU offered, apparently. A whole bunch of D-1 teams are keeping on eye on him with "medium interest" as per verbalcommits.com [Nebraska is currently not one of them, though]. Huskerpapa
I understand it is simply a mix-tape, but the dude can shoot and he has good handles.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mCa24PKPIxM
bobcat402
I think is clearly a case where Coach Riley needs to knock on Miles door and says look Tim I really need these two kids you need another shooter this kid isn't so bad , let's work something out. Tim looks at Coach Riley and says ok but you need to get on a plane and go find me a giant that score with his back to the basket and with that they make deal Jock Farmer and unl
bobcat402
Plus the dude has a bad hairline so you know he's gonna be a great college shooter that's gonna annoy another teams fan base for years Neebraska and unl
Silverbacked1
The one comment on him was funny about him being so good because he is a 20 year old high school kid.
bobcat402
He could be our Aaron Craft or DJ Byrd or Nate funk or any other white combo guard with a bad hairline that we've always hated that always kills us
HF_
No disrespect, but I would take a guy like this 100 times over a guy like Evelyn or Tarin Smith.
busticket
This kid reminds me of the kind of guards Bo Ryan had. The problem with watching film is sometimes I can't tell if they are Wisconsin good or more the caliber of a Jalen Bradley.

Fullbacksympathy
I'm not sure this guy can get a shot off or go by anyone in D1, and he's 6'1". Â Not hating, I'm impressed with what he's done with what he has, but I have no idea who he could guard or score on in the B1G. Â

DJ Byrd is 6'5" 225lbs.  Nate Funk is... well... maybe this kid could play in the MVC... but Funk was a solid D1 player, and 6'3".
