Is there any copyright issues with the phrase 'Nebraska Basketball'? Just wondering. Yup, I'll need to find/make a better basketball silhouette I'm not sure how you could trademark the phrase "Nebraska Basketball" except for that phrase in a certain font. I've got several of this kind, honestly, they're not my favorite, but I have some friends that swear by them. They're a little slimmer than most. I wear a L and it's a pretty good fit.
