Nighthawk
It was awesome seeing him at the football game today. Heard a lot of LLLLLLUUUUUUEEEEEES. but I also heard a few boos. Guessing those were the Jayskers.
khoock
I know it's not gonna happen but imagine if he brought LBJ or Kyrie with him.

Wouldn't know why any Jaysker would boo him, unless they hate the Cavs

royalfan
So awesome to see him in Lincoln today. He looked excited to be here, which was equally important to me. Long overdue based on his play here. The fact that he is an NBA championship coach is really mind boggling.
royalfan
On the coaching front, it is too bad he didn't just coach our team back when he played. Nee is one of the few to find a way to get outcoached by Nolan Richardson after Lue made the first half 20 minutes of hell for the team known for 40 minutes of hell. braska
Assuming he'll be present for said jersey retirement? Quote from LJS: During the first quarter of Saturday's game, the athletic department announced that Lue’s jersey will be formally retired Feb. 2 during the Huskers’ game against Michigan State. The Cleveland Cavaliers head coach will be able to be in attendance, despite it being during the NBA season. The Cavs play Feb. 1, then are off until Feb. 4. http://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/football/sideline-chatter-nba-champion-lue-back-in-lincoln/article_ba4113cb-55e9-5ba5-97a5-7dccaea141c1.html hal9000
jimmykc
Glad someone listened to our call for this to happen on HHC several months ago. Maybe we should re-title this forum "The Cutting Edge" or "The Point of the Arrow". Silverbacked1

Huskerpapa
What I found interesting (and perhaps I simply missed it) but the Public Address announcer presented Ty and stated that his jersey will be retired at the MSU game et al. Yet it was not mentioned by Sharp or Matt on the radio. Why?
