LOL this thread is funny... I said exactly what Miles said and I took a cheap shot.. yet YOU defended his comments and his move to lock them out... How interesting the double standard around here... Marshall would help us win... what exactly is out their that suggests he is a 'bad' kid or would be a 'problem' Is Pitchford a problem? is AWIII, is Petteway? You know sometimes, the coaches are in the wrong-- sometimes its mutual issues on both side. Its personal for me to say the current players aren't representing the program well but its not personal for you guys to say this kid would come in and create major problems?? Hypocrites at its finest....

I'm not by any means saying to dump Bennie, but if a player of this caliber wanted to be N, I would try like hell to find room. The current players on court effort and attitude aren't exactly representing the program the right way anyways

Ya I would dump Benny and take this guy in a heart beat.... Attitude issues and all. 45% from 3 & 19ppg. Sad thing is I'm probably in the minority...

Not sure if he would have seen the court?! Lol come on... Give me a break. Kreklow would be starting at the 2 and playing 25 minutes a night

They're flat out embarrassing right now. Kudos to miles, I just hope he is looking in the mirror as well.

What i liked most about Thomas in HS was his competiveness but also his composure. He ran that team and made them what they were with his skill and his leadership ability. Hate to say it but I am a big fan of his game.

If you don't want this guy-- I don't think you have watched us try to score lately? He would walk in and average 12+ easy next year. He would get so many open looks with TP/Shavon/White.... He could be a difference maker.

I would take Marshall in a heartbeat.... 20 ppg in the Valley coming in to be our co-3rd option with White III. Sign me up. The more talent we can accumulate the better.

zero chance huh? It seems your 'sources' are different than mine. From what I have heard-- Shavon has approached Miles about this and his family is willing to do this (obviously, he would receive quite a bit of academic $$ due to his major and his high GPA)

Hayes can stroke it.. Not sure we are getting a perimeter threat like that? Hayes reminds me so much of Harrison Barnes.. I see Morrow more in the mold of a +++ David Rivers.

I know I'm the king of irrational emotional posts but he has gotten worse at everything since last year. He has literally contributed nothing the past two B1G games. Got killed on the glass by a couple of 6'7 scrubs tonight. Puke

I really think everyone will stay-- and if a quality grad transfer C is available.. Shavon will walk on (a la Doug McDermott) to free up room. The last thing I want is to chase Tai or Fuller when we are going to be losing a ton of seniors and a ton of scoring after next year.

Pretty clear he's gonna eat up Benny's minutes and maybe even a little of TP or Shields.... All of which are good things imo
