Has Wisconsin had chance to shoot around at United Center? I know somebody mentioned that Maryland was coming in with no practice time. They shot 18/50 and 6/20 from 3 and they made a couple of those late. Hey a guy can hope can't he?

2 more conference wins gets us out of Wednesday game so who the heck knows. But Indiana and Ohio St. each had 8 conference wins and they were considered on the bubble. So who knows? :)

Need to milk clock as much as possible. When Marlyand does score need to waste as much time as possible getting to ball to take it out. Also chance for players to take a breath and rest.

I remember watching Trueblood absolutely go off at Heartland Hoops Classic a few years ago so I know the kid can score. But he does some good things on defense and understands his role right now.

A win is nice but a win over Iowa makes it that much sweeter. Was it just me or does that chant an Iowa fan started a couple times sound like "My life sucks"? Thought it was funny that it didn't take long for "Go Big Red" chant to drown it out. Especially when Hawkeyes were shooting free throws and they missed a couple. The small line up seemed to work offensively as it opened up lane for drives and give those small guys credit for battling on defensive end.

Incredible shooter with unlimited range and very good court instincts. Versus Roncalli his no look pass after grabbing a rebound was great play. The Aurora offense ran through him but he could only do so much. Think his stat line was 32 points, 17 rebounds and 7 assists.

My opinion-Easley, very good basketball player. But not best player in state as I watched Lincoln NorthStar/Prep and Omaha South/Kearney Pius fan sitting beside me at Class B semi-finals on Pius last possession of regulation of tie game opinion- "When you are the best player in the state go get the ball and win the game Charlie." Finishing in top 8 in the conference every season and break into top 4 or 5 every few years. That should mean making the NIT at a minimum and give us decent chance to make NCAA tourney.

Was speaking to someone else about this article and his concern was somewhat tied to this article. The article seems to show that Moos may not have given full support to the basketball program. Will a prospective candidate say no because there may not be total support from the athletic department? And maybe this possible lack of support is the reason Nebraska hasn't been able to bring in a top notch coach and had to settle with lesser choices.

Have to make the defender commit before making a decision. Also needs to be proper spacing so that 1 defender can't guard 2 guys. One problem is players are so freakish athletic nowadays that they can cover lots of ground so things need to be done quick and precise. Especially with how much contact is allowed around the basket.

Security actually directed Nevada to the Utah St. locker area for security reasons. And per Mountain West Conference "Inappropriate conduct by individuals from both programs in the postgame handshake line and subsequently in the locker room areas created the unfortunate circumstances"

Some Nevada players were touched by Utah St. fans running on to the floor after Utah St. beat them. Not sure what touched means in this situation?
