    I think you still need to develop players from the ground floor. There can be a danger in a roster having imbalance in classes. However Fred chooses to construct his roster is fine with me. I want to win.

    Dickey Betts wrote my favorite songs for the Allman Brothers Band. A tremendous guitarist and an underrated vocalist, I will always enjoy “Blue Sky”, “Ramblin’ Man” and “Jessica.” What a gift he left to us.

    I wouldn’t totally dismiss this idea. We need to get AAU Certification and we need to start winning in Football. In this day and age of realignment one cannot be certain of security.

    I want player(s) who fit our system, who is/are unselfish and place team accomplishments above their own.

    I think Ronsiek would have been a great fit in our system. I doubt we pursued her.
