Just checking KenPom now and he has the game listed as "Semi-Away", while all the other Wooden Classic games are "Neutral". So Ken agrees with me there. FYI, we dropped one spot to 75. UCLA is KenPom #20.

UCLA is a strong contender for the Pac 12 title. That was not, by any stretch of the imagination, a bad effort by our very young squad in a virtual road game. Play like we have in the last two games on Sunday and we get that dub against the Hokies.

I agree, the referring was very fair. We got a couple of pretty iffy calls to go our way too. They also could have easy called Ed for a couple of goaltends too so I'm not unhappy. It ended up making the difference in the outcome of the game.

Really happy for the guys. It's going to make scouting the UCLA game much more interesting. Anyone else notice when they cut to Alford at the end of the game you could almost read his mind. It was like, "Oh crap Dayton...come on and win this thing...we didn't prep for Nebraska AT ALL..."

Who else really likes the Morrow kid right now? Dude was a man out there tonight! But really, great game by everyone tonight. Jack made some youthful mistakes at the end but fortunately they didn't cost us the win. He'll grow and learn from this. Nice to see Gill get some mojo back. I think we've only seen the beginning of what he'll bring to the team this year.
