Gill looks lost out there.
Tai was 11/12 from the stripe.
Watson looked bored/unmotivated/sick?
LA Tech was very a fast and physical team.
Horne looked good.
I don't see any minutes for Fuller.
Syracuse defeated Colgate 83-55 last night in the regular season opener. Andrew White III had 17 points, 5 boards, 1 steal, 1 assist and 1 turnover in 29 minutes. He was 7-12 on field goals, 2-7 behind the arc and 1-2 at the free throw line.
Would it be nice to beat Creighton? Yes. Is it imperative we beat Creighton? NO. In late Feb, early March are we going to look back and say, "Man, wish we would have beat Creighton"? No. A loss to Creighton is a loss to Creighton. All I care about is the B1G
I know Watson had the flu.
Huskers have been awful to close out the past two seasons
2014-2015: Lost final 8 regular season games
2015-2016: Lost final 5 regular season games
Nebraska is a combined 3-16 in the past two February's/March's
Is it conditioning?
Scoring droughts continue to kill this team. Northwestern did everything in their power to give us the game in the second half, and we couldn't get closer than six.
Sounds like Andrew White has a sore shoulder (banged up in practice prior to Ohio State game) and Glynn Watson has been ill, however both are expected to play.
