  1. This is the article about Hoiberg. He doesn't like recruiting though he doesn't think anyone likes recruiting. I'm not sure that means that he never wants to be a college coach again at some point. Otherwise for anyone who thinks that transfers aren't the way to build a program that's basically how Hoiberg and Musselman have operated.
  2. He's been fairly balanced in conference with 10 shots from inside the arc, 17 outside the arc. He's just straight struggling with his shot right now.
  3. Here is Nate Reuvers. Note his size between freshman and sophomore years and note the increase in performance. This is sort of what I hope we see from Brady next year after he puts on some much needed weight.
  4. I'm basically just regurgitating this forum into twitter.
  5. Wisconsin has been very good in conference It's helpful that two things they don't excel at are offensive rebounds and generate fouls. Happ is a ridiculously good college basketball center. The offense flows through him as he leads the team not only in shot/points but in assists. He can go left or right at will. His weakness in FT shooting is still there. If for some reason he gets in foul trouble So. Nate Reuvers is just a haircut away from transforming into the next Wisconsin big man. The big difference between this and last year is there is a lot better team behind Happ. Reuvers, Trice, and Davison are all shooting 40% from 3 and other guys who also take and make 3s. Pick your poison. Defensively they take away the 3 and let you take mid-range 2s. Reuvers is an elite shot blocker and Happ an elite rebounder.
  6. Maybe before the rule change but isn't it still going to be leave if drafted, stay if not because that's an option this year?
  7. Is everyone cool if we take turns delivering fake news papers to Silverbacked and pretending we won a tournament game for the rest of his life?
  8. He has 3 very good recruits signed to Memphis and all of them are from Tennessee. How good is he with the Xs and Os? Someone sell me on that.
  9. This is more popularly known as the Ewing theory based on the same thing with Patrick Ewing in the 90s
  10. If we lose this or any other games it all points back to whether we win if Cope is still playing
  11. Just devastating. Came back here and was absolutely raising his stock at whatever next level destination.
  12. 4:57 pm cst on Jan 26, 2019 feels like rock bottom
  13. Yeah think about how much he went through to get back. Let's hope.
  14. Eddie Jordan was one of the greatest players in Rutgers history. He coached in the NBA. They rolled him out in Rutgers and now he's just another guy that Rutgers fired after 3 years. If people care about Tyronn Lue, would they take the time to consider how a coach with no recruiting experience would probably fare here and why they would want to wish this on one of the best players to play here?
  15. As much as this loss sucks I can't help shaking the feeling things are really going to suck because Cope will be out for anywhere from a while to forever. Hope I'm wrong there. We left about 16 points on the court in bunnys the first half? That certainly doesn't help the ol' mental game.
