  1. Nat wrote a really nice post on her Instagram about her decision to transfer. Wishing her nothing but the best of luck in the future!
  2. Our little group of fans has already agreed to road trip once a season wherever Nat goes, if she does in fact transfer. I grew up watching women's basketball as a little girl and have seen some of the all time greats growing up but I'm not sure if I can say I've seen someone put in the work and make such amazing strides season to season as I've seen her do. Her work ethic and passion rivals any player I ever admired as a kid or even now. If she stays, amazing, if she transfers her fan base will remain and that's a testament to her as a player and a person.
  3. I'm hoping the opposite, that the longer she waits the less she'll make her decision based on emotion and decide to stay.
  4. High praise from Brenda VanLengen for Amy Williams, here's hoping she can keep recruits and Nat! https://www.facebook.com/BVonTVetc/posts/10154202571064887
  5. My thoughts exactly. I choose not to speculate on all the other stuff but hope that we don't lose players as a result of this.
  6. Good post game press conference, love seeing Nat's passion for the game! Wish it could've ended differently tonight!
  7. My friend and I went down to Manhattan to watch Baylor/KState on Saturday afternoon and Baylor is big, fast, and athletic. KState played well against them until about the 4th quarter but Baylor is solid. We both noticed that the ball movement from both teams (especially KState) would be nice to see from the Huskers. KState had such quick, sharp passes which led to a lot of open looks.
  8. I'll be on a flight to New York (clad in husker gear) but luckily we'll be able to catch part of the game during a layover. GBR!!
  9. It's so good to see Emily play, I really enjoy her passion to hustle and contribute. Nat is just so impressive, she never quits and I love that you know if she misses a shot she is making a beeline straight for the player on the opposing team who has the misfortune of having the ball. Her tenacity is so admirable and she's only going to get better. Also not a fan of the people who leave early. I can't imagine being a kid, hustling, being frustrated with how a game is going, and you look up and see people leaving in droves. Stay til the end, clap for theses kids, and show your appreciation for their effort.
  10. Thanks for the updates, giving up all social media for Lent has me feeling very out of the loop when it comes to what's being said during/before the games!
  11. We bring what we call "tally 3's" to every game (much like the K's at the volleyball games) and tally them up in our row as Nat (and the rest of the team) hits three pointers and the last few games we haven't had enough. Looks like we'll have to upgrade to more 3's for next year!!
  12. Voted, as did the rest of the people in our group that goes to the games together. Nat's in the lead!
  13. Is there any way to go back and listen to the interview? I didn't read the schedule on Twitter until it was too late.
