  1. It seems a shame there is such a veil of secrecy surrounding recruiting. (we know there is some activity going on with the tweet regarding Taylor Woodson and addition of Alberte Rimdal)
  2. Believe Gerdes is a 2026 recruit - noted in the Mike Sautter article (unless he's reclassified).
  3. South Carolina, Your (Undefeated) National Champions: 87-75! So Carolina's Defense defeats Iowa's Offense.
  4. SC by Nine at the end of Q3, 68-59.
  5. Half-Time: So Carolina by Three 49-46. So Carolina seems to have the advantage in denying Iowa in the paint and in rebounding; also steals. They seem to want it more. Iowa is going to have to adjust if they are going to win!
  6. Finally got the right channel! OK it's a Game: 27-20 at the end of the First Quarter of Play. Announcers said Caitlen Clark w/18 pts.
  7. Robin Roberts, et al will never make it as PBP Announcers ( I had to mute it - getting tired of watching them drink coffee on the screen too) Iowa -13, SC -2 now Iowa - 18, SC 7
  8. Georgia Amoore (Va Tech) would be a good get. She'd fit right in (from Australia) and contribute immediately (lit us up for 24 pts when we played them in Dec 2022). Although in the Portal, I believe she may already be spoken for. https://augustafreepress.com/news/virginia-techs-georgia-amoore-hits-the-transfer-portal-to-reunite-with-kenny-brooks/
  9. Wait, What? Posts are Numbered??? (if so where is it shown?) But not likely to help since if a tweet is deleted it won't show up in the original post anymore either. (unless you take a picture of the tweet and post it in lieu of a link)
  10. I Can't up-vote this enough @HUD. The antics of some of those in contention for the NCAA Finals are in Stark Contrast to the poise, maturity, and Class shown by Jaz Shelley; Indeed All of the Husker Women's BB Team!
  11. https://huskers.com/news/2024/03/24/huskers-fall-short-in-ncaa-tournament-second-round Final Stats (PDF) Photo Gallery Nebraska Quotes Oregon State Quotes Corvallis, Ore. - Jaz Shelley finished with 10 points, six rebounds and seven assists in her final game as a Husker, but No. 6 seed Nebraska dropped a 61-51 defensive struggle to No. 3 seed Oregon State in the second round of the the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament at Gill Coliseum Sunday. Nebraska finished its season with a 23-12 overall record that included an 11-7 Big Ten mark and a runner-up finish at the 2024 TIAA Big Ten Tournament. AP No. 12 Oregon State improved to 26-7 overall and advanced to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen next week in Albany, N.Y. Oregon State's defense held Nebraska to just 31.3 percent (21-67) shooting, including just 4-of-20 threes. At one point, the Huskers were 1-for-15 from long range. NU matched the Beavers on the boards at 36 and won the turnover battle, 15-10. OSU managed to hit 40.7 percent (22-54) from the field, including 10-of-33 threes (.303), while going 7-for-10 at the free throw line. Nebraska expects to return full-time starters Markowski and Potts along with part-time starters Kendall Moriarty, Nissley and Hake next season. Kendall Coley and Jessica Petrie are also expected to return along with redshirt junior Allison Weidner, who was a starter for the Huskers in 2021-22 and 2022-23 before suffering a pair of knee injuries. Nebraska will also welcome two-time Nebraska High School Player of the Year Britt Prince and Illinois high school star Amiah Hargrove. Twitter FacebookEmai
  12. Final: 51-61 (Here's a link to the only game stats I can find) https://www.ncaa.com/game/6284801
  13. 29-35 @ the end of Q3 (Neither Team can shoot worth a Damn. But on the Bright Side, it is a two possession Game. And Oregon States' Star Player, Beers has Four Fouls)
  14. COLEY has shown some Skill as the season has progressed.
  15. Why can't we get any foul calls under the basket
