    We need PBA to be completely rocking these next two home games. Playing 2 very dangerous teams and can easily lose to either of them. The average fan might not realize it. We have to help bringh these guys home.

    It won't be very big as there was some separation in our area of the rankings as far as the raw data goes. I would expect a move by one or two spots tops, not accounting for other action tonight.

    Another very underlooked play was when he went to the ground to dig one out while it was still very close. I think Ware was involved in the play.

    I am on record saying we need Lawrence when people were calling for him to be benched for Hoiberg. He gives us things nobody else does. So happhy for him that he had a game like this. He is a big part of our future as well hopefully.

    There is no way in hell that our chances of getting a bid would be affected by 4.5 percent based on the outcome of that s car st/ Howard tilt, if that is what is being suggested here. If so, there is a glitch in the matrix.

    We are at a spot in the rankings where the raw numbers suggest it is going to be much tougher to gain ground than lose ground. Decent separation between us and St. John’s ahead of us.

    We made some good half court adjustments to not get forced out so far.

    Hopefully they keep taking stupid shots that make it easier. We are having a tough time getting in our offense where we want to. We are pushed out too far.

    Clary the leading scorer out today, I don’t pretend to be an expert on Penn st. but I think it makes them longer and better on the defensive end and glass.

    I am pretty worried about this one. They are pretty quick jumping rim protectors as well. We really need to bring energy on the boards to get more possessions.

    This is a devastating blow for them. He opens up the court so much and now they are ridiculously thin and would love to see them in the 4-5 game somehow in Minneapolis.

    There is a little bit of randomness involved day to day as there are certain areas of the rankings that are more bunched up in the actual numbers than others. But to Cookies point, it is pretty hard to move quickly at this point. I still hold out hope that the Purdue win will count as a whole lot more than a q1 win in reality. The quads are a lazy imperfect tool based on arbitrary numbers.

    No way would drop ten with close loss from what I can gather. Been wrong many times before though. Let’s hope we find out!

    If we win a fairly close one it will not move the needle much at all for them.

    I don’t think it is that big a deal really as there are obvious limits to how much we can go with it. It makes some sense to try to start out ballgames with more physicality to set a tone, since we struggle with that. For long doses, I don’t think it would work as we wouldn’t have enough spacing of ball handling.
