I’m saying I don’t believe that Kyle, Igor, Mast and Morgan will be on the same team playing together. 3 of those guys are seniors. Those guys can go elsewhere for more minutes or better programs if they want to be a reserve. Igor makes perfect sense if Mast is out though.

Early returns are in - mixing well with the players and good chemistry with the key guys. A lot to like so far

Last two seasons Worster has averaged 5+ assists to <2 TO. That’s a very big deal. If he can get his 3pt shot above 30% it sure would be nice. But he gets to the rim really well in P&R and is a deadly passer. Do-it-all player everywhere else. 5rbs a game from your PG adds up and helps the team a ton in offensive transition. Great get. Put 4 other shooters on the court with this kid and it really is pick your poison.

Say what you will about recruiting rankings, but Griffiths was a top 40 recruit by Rivals, by ESPN, by 247 Sports and by ON3. He played one season of college basketball and has three years remaining and is a 6-8 shooter. If Fred helps this kind find his stroke (which he will)...

no........it's not. huskers have good talent coming in, but, it would be nice to get a break with that "big" i knew nothing of Lex.........just that she committed to SDSU, and as a fan of the Jacks, thought a very good pick up. however, what a break it was for the huskers that she changed her commitment. i just remember reading that she was playing a summer tournament (or whatever) and held her own against some of the best in the country. she has exceeded my hopes playing for the huskers.

Per his Instagram, Nebraska has received the verbal commit of 6'4" Utah transfer PG Rollie Worster who has one year left of eligibility. Worster has played for former Nebraska assistant Craig Smith for his entire college career, starting in Utah State and following the coach to Utah. The Montana native has started in 101 college game despite missing the second half of last season with an ankle injury. I hope not. I think people are forgetting Ulis was like… Plan D in our portal PG search last year. Then he got suspended and we went to Boogie as Plan E. Based on their careers prior to Nebraska, Worster seems more poised to be starter.

Wouldn’t you love it if a kid was an absolute stud and had a good sense of humor, and a coach said something to the effect of “I have no idea why the NIL collective offered this kid what they did. He must have a co-sponsorship lined up with a pine processing company because that’s what he’s gonna be riding.” You know, just to mix it up a bit.

I get what you are saying, but I also don't think Boogie Coleman was coming here planning to be the #10 guy on our team...but in the end somebody had to be. Boogie accepted that ri$k because it had a good deal of benefit to him even if he ended up being the 10th/11th man. And in this era of college basketball, it's not hard to imagine some kids would rather take a big pay day and potentially not play than get a few hundred bucks and play a lot. And based on what we're seeing it would appear our NIL game is in very strong shape. Kyle visiting here a second time can't hurt, but I can't get a good read on that one. Milicic has said he wants to decide after this upcoming weekend. I guess I like the order of how it's playing out. Morgan signed first, but Milicic probably sees plenty of potential to play right now given Mast's risk of missing some/a lot of time, and also not knowing what Kyle plans to do. Then if they're both signed by the time Kyle decides in late April/early May, well you have to figure Kyle still believes he walks in and starts at the 4 on this team. And then Rienk says I'm good, I'll be ready by November :) One can dream.

The first thought I had when I saw Griffiths play against us was he’s going to the league. Makes sense his accolades were that high. Enormous ceiling. Worster looks like a nice big body PG who can really pass well and is elite in P&R (not a shooter). Both would be phenomenal, but GG is the one I’m most excited about of all the possible ones we’re in on. Crazy skill and trigger for 6’8”. He would start at the 3 and be a problem.
