We do not need problems on the team. Can't afford to take someone who might present a problem. I say we throw that kid back and fish some more. I'm with Jug on this one... there will be plenty more to go around.

Watched the Washington games the past two rounds where they've dismantled both Montana St. and last night Oklahoma. Kelsey Plum is a stud. She had 29 against MSU and threw in a measly 38 last night against OU. They pass the ball better than any team I've seen the past couple of season's, defense is suspect though. Of course I'll admit I watch U-Dub because of Natalie, she had 11 pts the first round and 20 last night hitting on 6 of 10 three pointers.

Doesn't remind me of Tai at all. Reminds me more of one of the Harrison twins at Kentucky. Tai and him are different builds. Smith looks like a running back, a bully on the drive, low center of gravity. Tai's more like a wide receiver. That might make sense to only me and I'm fine with that. Smith also looks like a much better outside shooter than Tai but who knows.

Michigan was also 14 - 9 at one point. They are dominated by upperclassmen. Walton, Donnal, Robinson, and Irvin are seniors. Abdul-Rakman and Wilson are juniors. We have to get better at defending the 3 point line. If we don't, we are not going to win. Teams shot 39.9 % against us from 3. That can't happen. Even Michigan found that out. They were dead last after 23 games defending the 3. They allowed teams to shoot 41.2% during that time. After that point, they are 11-2, actually now 12-2. Going into the Louisville game, in the last 13 games, teams were shooting 32.2% from 3. If defense gets better, we are able to shoot better, we should make the tournament.

Well, Chang's still a year away. He's not a guy you give one to if there's room. He's a guy who's gonna get a bunch of offers this summer. And I don't think our team was that selfish, they just aren't as talented or experienced as Michigan.

Watched Brady Heiman from Platteview at the OSA Crusaders tryout today, very very very overrated imo. Was getting pushed around by guys 3 inches shorter than him
