The Skinny

Unlike the Huskers, the Hawkeyes have a slew of front court players and will look to feed them against a tightly packed Husker squad. Other than Jarrod Uthoff, the Hawks are a fairly poor 3 point shooting squad.

While the Hawks don't quite shoot as well nor run as much last year, they are playing a lot better on defense, allowing 9 points less per 100 possessions. Iowa is turning people over and not fouling which are major concerns for the Huskers.

At some point you have to hope that the Huskers can figure it out like last year. Does it require Moses back on the court? Leslee? A player who isn't Petteway or Shields stepping up on offense? Does it happen? I wish I knew the answer but I don't think the Huskers have it tonight.
