Last time vs Indiana

Nebraska was up 3 at the half vs the Hoosiers before Yogi Ferrell and Thomas Bryant came out firing in the second half to grab a 12 point lead they didn't relinquish.

The Skinny

Indiana has been a little up and down lately, going 3-3 in their last 6 games. The important thing to note is that they've gone 2-0 at home during that stretch including a win over Iowa to push their overall home record to 14-0 this year.

Miles talked about limiting Indiana's breaks on offense and making them work for shots so I think you'll see a little less press in this game and probably even Nebraska grinding down possessions on offense as it will be hard to match the firepower of Indiana without Shields. The big man play of Jacobson and Hammond will need to be up to the task against Thomas Bryant tonight as the inside-outside game of a 3pt shooting team like Indiana will make you pay for double teams. Tai Webster and/or Benny Parker will need to step up on both ends of the court as Andrew White probably can't defeat Indiana by himself (can he?)

At the end of the day, we're talking about a road game against a rated team with a style of play (40%+ shot are from 3pt) that we haven't handled all year. Are we disciplined enough to frustrate and slow a team capable of shooting us out of the building?

Prediction: Indiana 74 - Nebraska 62

I think Biefeldt will be back to coming off the bench and Colin Hartman will be back in the starting lineup as we don't have the size that Michigan St does.

Indiana Hoosiers vs Nebraska Huskers: Game preview, channel, odds, and more! - Crimson Quarry

Indiana's win over Iowa vaulted them into Kenpom's top 20, and the loss at Michigan State dropped them down to 21st. However, that still remains the highest IU has been since their early-season meltdown.

Defensively, the Hoosiers have fallen out of the top 50, first staying inside the 60 after the Iowa game before taking another big drop following the Michigan State game.

At the end of the day, this all means that IU is still good. And comparatively, Nebraska is not. This will be one of the last "gimme" wins for the Hoosiers. Indiana absolutely can not drop a game like this now if they hope to maintain a chance at a Big Ten title.
