A short bench just got shorter

Sorry for Andre and Hate seeing people get hurt. BUT.....

if you havent seen the replay that he gets hurt on, watch it. Why in the heck was he jumping in the 1st place. It was on a rebound and he had no chance of getting the ball as he was on the opposite side that the ball was on and not even close to it. I know he jumped obviously not thinking hes going to get hurt, but it was so stupid and thats the story of our team this year. bone headed mistakes and decisions other than the talent level

The Huskers have lost 5 games this year, 4 of those have been blowouts.  I'll wager you have as many bone headed posts as Nebraska has bone headed losses.

One.

Edit:  And on further review, I'm not sure Nebraska has any bone headed losses.....

He doesn't need to quit football to play basketball. If memory serves me right, we have had a few others, especially wide receivers who have done both.

Keith Nubert was a tightend on the football team when he played.

Neubert played basketball for 3 years before he went out for football.  Finished his junior year of hoops, announced he was done, went out for spring football, and just played football his senior year.

I like Andre, and I hated watching him on the floor, but when I saw the replays it was really odd that he seemed to jump right as the OSU player got the rebound, and there was the guy he was blocking out still on his hip.  It was just really awkward looking.  I'm certainly not going to blast Almeida, but I have no idea why he jumped on that play.

Diaz, 23 years, opted not to complete his fourth year of eligibility with the NCAA Cornshuskers and begin a treatment for your condition of tendinitis on the heels on the island.  "It was not improving with treatment that were giving me in College, and I decided to come here. And I am already ready to play".Diaz, according to his agent Christian Santaella, takes two and a half months in treatment and can already tell that it is 100 percent healthy."It has already received the go-ahead from the specialist and takes two weeks making 'driles' vuelve without any pain. Your injury do not put his career at risk, and nor required surgery,"he explained.According to Santaella, Diaz will play in the top tournament that starts March 31 and expected to be part of the national team in the summer.

Didn't we send JBD to Duke Med Center or something like that?  It would appear that "conventional" treatment did not provide relief.  Good for Brian, I hope all goes well for him...but I repeat, I would sure like to see him on the court for us this year.

Me too
