Budding Nebraska Sportswriter/Pundit from Seward who writes elsewhere.  Not my favorite (as I'm an outlandish optimist) since his outlook tends toward the 'negative' side.  But in fairness he did predict the loss of Leslee Smith to injury last season would have an out-sized impact on the season.

Budding Nebraska Sportswriter/Pundit from Seward who writes elsewhere.  Not my favorite (as I'm an outlandish optimist) since his outlook tends toward the 'negative' side.  But in fairness he did predict the loss of Leslee Smith to injury last season would have an out-sized impact on the season.

Didn't see that one (I don't follow).  You can see his slant from his 'tweets' (seems to believe its 'cool' and more clever to be negative & pessimistic than positive - maybe it does sell more copy but I'd like to see more balance);  And why I don't think he should quit his Day job just yet!

I follow him, he has decent content at times; and sometimes I'll tweet back-and-forth to set the record straight when needed.

 

The aforementioned tweet seems like an attempt to slant the argument, no one knows his reason for doing so. Here's another that kind of slants the story a bit to 'find' a story within:

Yeah, well, when you predict everything negative, you're eventually going to hit on some of those predictions. 

 

Based on his tweet history, I'd put this in the "blind squirrel finds nut" column rather than the column for "prescient."
