This is a game we lose the past 3 years.  How the hell they made some of those shots I don’t know.  Great job finding a win.  Once again, in previous years, we lose this game.

Yes, I'd say so. I know we sweat these tough mid majors, I actually like the fact that Tim purposely schedules teams like this. Challenges a team that might get complacent and take things for granted, will burn you if you don't take them seriously. 

This team from what I can tell is that team, they score a lot, in bunches, and can be a little more than feisty if you don't know what you're doing or lack an identity. 

So happy to get this W and I'm proud of this team. ?

I told someone earlier, they are just making up for 15 years of screwing us over. Only once or twice have I seen any FT taken numbers even APPROACHING this. Incredible.

I wanted to ask Steratore if he brought his index card to check on how close guys were to the free throw line when shooting them but figured no use possibly making him mad.

 I researched it more.

He ended up playing HS ball in Texas where, if you can believe this, he scored a bunch of points. He's also was a member of PR's u18 squad.

His father was a pro player in Puerto Rico and his grandfather is legendary PR basketball coach Flor Menendez

By the way, anyone notice that USTA's #1 Deon Lyle, who had 15 points last night (5 of 6 from three) off the bench, is listed on USTA's roster as hailing from Hastings, Nebraska.  It says he played his first two years at Hastings High School.  Check it out here from the Official USTA Roster.
