Thompson is a good coach but player development was uneven. Projects like Hibbert did well while higher rated guys transferred. There is a lot of talent in the area. His teams relied on physical play and scored off their defense. Shaka Smart might be having the same problem at Texas. Just a thought that I'd prefer not be refuted with actual evidence.
