Bugeaters1
Was given his pink slip today, Maybe MR will hire Bo as the DC. http://journalstar.com/sports/huskers/football/banker-two-other-staff-members-no-longer-with-the-huskers/article_1faaa2e6-d85a-11e6-b1ec-6703cca18517.html Edited January 12, 2017 by Bugeaters1
HuskerFever
Wow. I never would've have guessed all of these coaching changes would have happened after we hired Riley. This guy is serious.
HB
Major changes were needed. Â Could be rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic, but better to go out fighting. Â This was a realization that all was not well (which was fairly predictable when the assistants were originally hired). Â Whether Billy Devaney helped with that realization, or if SE was strongly suggesting big moves, doesn't' really matter. Â This gives them a chance. Â Â Realized you can't have multiple coaches on staff here who can't recruit. Â A late awakening, but better late than never.

FredsSlacks
this seems like it is more recruiting related. only 1 4 star has signed with the team in the last 9 months. Â in that same 9 month period, ohio state has signed 5 (4) stars and 4 (5) stars.
Cowboy Kermit
Saw a list of potential DC Candidates that included former Jaguars Coach Gus Bradley. Who is a close pal of Coach Miles'. The Polish Rifle
Diaco is a damn good football coach. In fact the 2009 Suh led defense that everyone at Nebraska considers the gold standard of the last 15 years....Diaco's defense in 2012 was just as dominate. I wouldn't judge his ability to coach defense on his run at UCONN. Bugeaters1
